Professor David Roncero presents the forgiveness therapy program being implemented in a Madrid prison. Finally, Professor Clara Molinero, Director of the Forgiveness Institute, outlines the various projects underway with different populations.
FORGIVENESS CAN BE TRAINED
Professors Saray Bonete and Paula Crespí explain what forgiveness is and what it is not, how it is approached at the Forgiveness Institute, and the current status of various research projects. Their findings indicate that forgiveness is the healthiest alternative in almost all cases. Lastly, they conduct an experiential workshop demonstrating some steps that allow us to train in forgiveness.
