Dual University Master's Degree in Access to the Practice of Law and Legal Representation + University Master's Degree in Continuing Education in Tax Advice
Edition 2025-26
We offer a Dual Master’s Degree that trains the professional of tomorrow starting today. We prepare students to successfully pass the national qualification exam. Avoiding a purely academic vision, we are committed to excellence in the technical training of solid and reliable tax lawyers, with leadership and communication skills, inspiring and acting as true “role models” in their respective communities and workplaces.
We believe that there is a lack of differentiating vision and courage to train true tax lawyers who, above all, are people. Tax lawyers who are ethical and responsible leaders, capable in turn of training and transforming, bringing the UFV stamp to their companies, offices and communities, in a world in which the paradigm of the “Fair share of taxes” is here to stay. Lawyers with an ambitious and coherent vision of the company and business.
Our training proposal assumes as an essential starting point that we will be able to achieve the highest standards of academic excellence in our students, offering an Own Master’s Degree as an integral and inseparable part of the University Master’s Degree in Access to the Practice of Law and Legal Practice.

International students:
Students with a foreign university degree must have their university degree approved at the time of admission. This will also be a requirement to be able to apply for enrollment in the official entrance exam to the practice of law organized by the Ministry of Justice. Therefore, the admission, enrollment and completion of the University Master’s Degree does not guarantee the ability to take the official examination for access to the practice of law, as this is a matter completely outside the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. For this purpose, the requirements established by the legislation in force at the time the exam is taken must be followed.
Universidad Francisco de Vitoria is the University focused on people. For this reason, we value the different circumstances, aptitudes, skills and values of the students who wish to be part of our Institution.
Therefore, to pursue your University Master’s Degree studies at the Faculty of Law, Business and Government of the UFV, we offer you a wide range of scholarships and grants that recognize the academic and personal merits of our students, ensuring that financial difficulties are not an obstacle to study with us.

COMMON TRANSVERSAL EXPERIENCE
We create community from the very beginning, understanding that team involvement is essential to achieve positive results within the group itself.
To achieve this, we propose an integrated itinerary parallel to the development of the course, in which you can go through different stages and enjoy activities that expand and complement your university Master’s Degree experience, with the aim of getting students to think beyond the simple day-to-day business, the here and now.
In this journey, the main objective is a radical change of approach, proposing a different and meaningful professional performance.
As a first milestone, you will share with your classmates from your University Master’s Degree and other graduate programs of the Faculty of Law, Business and Government (FDEG) of the UFV several days of the Camino de Santiago, which will include two team coaching sessions
In order to enhance and reinforce the students’ capacity for work, adaptation and integration, a cross-cutting program has been designed, common to all the on-site Master’s programs of the UFV Faculty of Law, Business and Government, in which, through the business case methodology, you will develop your executive and resolution skills from a multidisciplinary team perspective (collaborative attitude and aptitude).
This project will be tutored by professionals from the legal and business sectors, and will be developed throughout the academic year, ending with the integrated presentation of the result of the case before a tribunal formed by members of the faculty and the company or institution that raises it.
The student will have the opportunity to receive support sessions through individual and group coaching sessions and professional mentoring provided by professionals in the field of dialogic coaching.
