ISC Research team
The Research Group in the area of Individual Skills and Competences (ISC) arose from the need to continue researching and learning about all fields related to professional and personal skills that the young people of today, and the professionals of tomorrow, must be equipped with. Its research work benefits the entire university educational community by structuring the training of students from parameters linked to philosophy, psychology, anthropology and sociology. This project also builds bridges with the business world, thanks to the agreements signed with private institutions and companies that enable them to implement the work carried out. The ISC Research Group seeks to establish itself as a reference cluster in the national and international scene in its field of action, the skills and competencies of people.
