REGISTRATION SERVICE

The purpose of the General Registry of the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria is to record and guarantee the security of the registration data of the writings, communications and requests submitted to the University, as well as those documents that the University sends to organizations and individuals, through the practice of the corresponding entry and exit annotations.

SERVICES RENDERED

1.The reception and dispatch of written communications, including documents and requests, is managed through the creation and updating of corresponding entries in the records.

2.The issuance of the corresponding proof of the documentation submitted.

3.The distribution of documents to the departments to which they are sent, contributing to the document flow of the University’s management.

DOCUMENTATION

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Any student requiring a change of group or shift must submit a request in writing to the Academic Coordinator of their respective program.

Generic application
It can be submitted in person or through the e-mail address registro@ufv.es using the same e-mail account that the student provided to the Secretary’s Office.

Generic application (with authorization)
The student’s parent or legal guardian may submit the application in person with a signed authorization form, a photocopy of the student’s ID card, and the ID card of the authorized person.

Application for recognition of studies
The application for recognition of studies (validation) and the requested documentation must be submitted via email registro@ufv.es registro@ufv.es if the documentation provided is digital originals or with verification code, and must be made from the same email provided when registering.
If the original documentation is on paper, it must be delivered in person at the Registration Service.

Opening Hours for the Public

Monday to Thursday: 9:30am to 2:00pm and 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Friday: 9:30am to 2:00pm.

During the months of July and August, the hours are: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm

From August 12 to August 25, including those dates, the Registration Service will be closed
