Basic information regarding the protection of your personal data: Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (UFV) is responsible for processing your data.
The purposes of the processing carried out are:
Manage your registration in the conferences, seminar, congress, workshop or course organized by the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (UFV), as well as the remission, by any means, including electronic means (by way of example, but not limited to, Virtual Classroom and email, SMS and Whatsapp), of communications informing you about the status of the same, and/or, where appropriate, the presentation by you of communications for such conferences, congress, etc.
Record and/or publish in the university's teaching platforms (CANVAS, BLACKBOARD, TEAMS, ZOOM, etc.) videos and images in which he/she may appear as a result of his/her participation in the different activities of the university, for which purpose he/she assigns exclusively and free of charge to the UFV, if applicable, any rights that may correspond to him/her by virtue of the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, which approves the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law, regularizing, clarifying and harmonizing the legal provisions of the law, clarifying and harmonizing the legal provisions in force on the matter and in Organic Law 1/1982, of 5 May, on the civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image, for the transfer of their image and copyright to the UFV, and grants their express consent for the transfer of said images and for their processing in accordance with the regulations in force in Spain. The recording or publication of images in which you may appear due to your participation in university activities is based on the execution of a contract when the recording or publication of your intervention, participation or attendance is mandatory (as in the case of required attendance control in classes or exams or evaluation tests of a course). If the activity is voluntary (such as a conference, seminar, seminar or congress) and the recording of your image is not required as proof of your attendance, then you will consent to such recording or publication of the image if you take a clear affirmative action, such as connecting your webcam and/or microphone in the case of online activities, or if you attend a university activity where you are aware that you are being recorded and you stand in front of the cameras or intervene by asking a question or making a comment to the speakers.
Additionally, if you wish, you may consent to the publication on the different websites of the University and social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) of videos and images in which you may appear as a result of your participation in the different activities of the university, for which you assign your rights in the terms already indicated. Given that your image could be published on the internet, there would be a cession to any person or entity that accesses the information. In case of publication on social networks or other Internet platforms, such as YouTube, there would be an international transfer of data since the servers of such platforms are located in the USA and/or other countries outside the EU, so authorization for such transfer is also requested. Also, the publication of images on these external platforms implies acceptance of their privacy policies, so we recommend that you consult these policies.
In the event that you are invited to participate in specific actions to promote the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, you will be asked for your documented consent if your image is of a relevant nature. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation of treatment and portability by writing to the General Secretariat of the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, Ctra. M-515 Pozuelo-Majadahonda Km. 1,800; 28223, Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) or to the e-mail dpd@ufv.es.
The data provided through this form must be truthful and current and correspond to the identity of the person concerned.
