Process for submitting a complaint, suggestion or commendation

WHO CAN MAKE A COMPLAINT, SUGGESTION OR COMMENDATION?

Any member of the University Community and all those who, even if they do not belong to the university, are affected by any of its activities.

HOW CAN I SUBMIT A COMPLAINT, SUGGESTION OR COMMENDATION?

By filling out the form in the Suggestion Box on the university website.

Users can identify themselves or submit their message anonymously. It is recommended that users provide their personal data and desired form of contact so that they can be informed of the status of their submission.

WHO MANAGES THE COMPLAINTS, SUGGESTIONS OR COMMENDATIONS RECEIVED?

All messages will be received by the Department of Institutional Quality and Assessment, who will transfer them to the person responsible for the service concerned.

For a submission to be accepted it must:

– Have been written in correct language.

– Have sufficient justification.

– Be respectful when referring to the incident/circumstances/persons involved.

– The submitter must remember that if they wish to be updated about the status of their submission, they must complete their identification data (full name and mode of response).

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH MY COMPLAINT, SUGGESTION OR COMMENDATION?

All incidents will be resolved in the shortest possible time. We will respond to the user within 20 working days, counting from the date of admission.

The Quality and Evaluation Department will keep a record of all the submissions received.
