You will learn the five branches of design: graphic, interior, industrial, audiovisual and fashion in order to have a comprehensive training, with extensive job opportunities, and at the same time you will specialize in the one you like the most.
You will exhibit your artistic projects at the Emerge fair or at the Museo del Traje and you will present your final degree project at the pretigious Vitra showroom.
Your classes will consist of creating: you will learn through projects, you will materialize them in the design classroom and in the fashion workshop, you will visit companies and agencies and you will attend conferences with industry experts.
If you want to start working NOW, you will be able to do an internship at the UFV design and advertising agency and create your own campaigns, videos, media, etc. In addition, you will be able to participate in the university’s media, the Mirada 21 group.
You will complete professional internships in design studios, agencies or major brands such as Cruz plus Cruz, Contrapunto BBDO, Leo Burnett, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Pepe Jeans, Cortefiel, etc.
You will learn from great professionals such as Pablo Medina, film director and videogame designer; Jos Lorenzo, illustrator and photographer; Tania Navas, web and augmented reality app designer, etc.
And the best part! You will live an unforgettable university experience. You will be able to participate in student societies such as Nido Creativo or Emerge Lab, set up your own business in Emprende UFV, join sports teams and attend hundreds of events and activities.

You will do your internship in design studios, agencies or major DATA brands such as Adolfo Domínguez, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Pepe Jeans, Cruz más Cruz, Vitra, Contrapunto BBDO, Leo Burnett, Cortefiel, the Madrid Designers Association (Dimad), etc. You will be able to participate in real projects and demonstrate your creativity in a professional environment, as well as network for the future. In addition, thanks to this experience, 85% of our students receive a job offer from the company where they have done their internship
International Agreements
We have 120 exchange agreements, so that you can study at universities in America, Europe or Asia, where you will learn design from a different perspective and get inspired in a new environment. In addition, you will live on the campus with students of different nationalities.

Our university degree in Design, by providing training in the five essential branches, offers you a wide variety of career opportunities:
- Graphic Design: creation of web pages, corporate image, digital illustration, packaging, typography, etc.
- Interior Design: work, leisure, entertainment and scenic spaces, homes and models or prototypes.
- Industrial Design: creation of packaging, furniture, lighting, products, vehicles, ergonomics, usability and 2D and 3D.
