I need an official document stating that I am enrolled at this university for the current academic year.

– You must request a certificate ofenrollment

Can I download my transcript from the university portal?

– Please be advised that while your university portal allows you to view your grades, it does not provide the option to download documents. To obtain an official document containing your academic record, please contact theSecretary’s Office for Students

I am currently pursuing a University Degree or Master's Degree and require a document containing my grades and the average grade of the subjects I have completed thus far.

– In this case, you must request 2 documents: an academic certificate, which contains all the grades obtained until the last official closing of official records and a certificate of enrollment with average grade, which shows the course and the Undergraduate / Master’s University Degree in which you are enrolled and the average grade of the subjects taken so far.

How can I apply for my official University Degree?

– This is an in-person procedure at the Secretary’s Office for Students. To proceed, the student must present a photocopy of their ID card on both sides. In the event that the student has pursued a double degree, two photocopies will be required. The procedure may only be carried out by another individual acting on the student’s behalf, who must also present the corresponding authorization.

How can I obtain a duplicate of my Official University Degree diploma?

– For further details regarding the procedures to be followed, please contact us via email: secretaria_alumnos@ufv.es.

When can I request a transfer to another university/college?

– There are no specific dates for this process. You may apply at any time after being admitted to the other institution. Please note that in order for us to process your file transfer, you will need to present a letter of admission from the host university.

What is the cost of the procedures carried out at the Secretary's Office for Students?

– Payment is made at the Cashier’s Department.

How many sessions do I have to pass a subject?

– Those indicated in the Undergraduate and Master’s Degree Evaluation Regulations.

When can I register for the next academic year?

– During the official enrollment period, once the official transcripts have been closed for the academic year in which the student has passed all the subjects (ordinary or extraordinary), the enrollment process will commence.

Dow do I know if I have done my autoenrollment correctly?

– It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that their registration is aligned with their study plan. To this end, at the conclusion of the self-enrollment process, you are required to download, save, and print (if necessary) your enrollment receipt and review it in conjunction with your study plan.

How do I find out what subjects I have enrolled in and the tuition amount?

– Downloading from your university portal a PDF file called RECEIPT OF ENROLLMENT.

How do I know the group of each course in which I am enrolled?

– By consulting your university portal the ENROLLMENT SUMMARY.

Once I have completed the self-registration process, I will review the registration receipt to ascertain whether I have included a subject or marked one by mistake. In the event of an error, how can I rectify it?

– If you are within the official registration period, you may re-enter the university portal and make the necessary modifications or corrections as many times as required until your registration is complete and accurate. Please note that the final version you validate will be the definitive one.

– If this period has ended, you should consult the Registration Regulations

I need to certify my official diploma, can I do it at the Secretary's Office for Students?

– The certification serves to attest that the document is an authentic copy, faithful to the original. In order for this to be accepted, it is necessary to have the proper certifications for notary services. We are not public notaries and therefore do not have the authority to certify or affix a seal. Those who have the proper certifications are civil servants (non-working) and notaries.

OTHER DEPARTMENTS

How do I know if I have been recognized/validated for a subject?

– It is the student’s responsibility to verify through the University Portal that all recognized subjects have been listed at the end of the established term.

– This request will be processed within a maximum period of one month from the date of receipt, except for the month of August, which is not a working month. The document can be downloaded from the University Portal in the section labeled “My Letters of Recognition of Studies”.

Where can I request the sealed teaching guides of the undergraduate subjects I have taken and/or the syllabus?

– The Secretary’s Office for Students does not provide this documentation. You should contact the Academic Coordinators of your university degree.

Where can I request the sealed teaching guides of the Master's courses I have taken and/or the syllabus?

– The Secretary’s Office for Students does not provide this documentation. You should contact your program’s coordinator.

I have doubts about the credits and activities recognized for the subject "Complementary Training Activities" in which I am enrolled.

– The Secretary’s Office for Students does not manage this subject. You should contact the University Extension Department (Main Building, Module 3, Ground Floor outside, next to the store), or write to the e-mail address afc@ufv.es

If I am taking a University Degree or Dual Degree and I would like to change my studies the following year within the UFV, how should I manage it?

– The Secretary’s Office for Students does not handle requests for degree changes. You should contact the Department of Orientation and University Information (DOIU) at +34 91 324 80 64 – info@ufv.es or the Department of Admissions: admision@ufv.es

I have problems with the university ID card or T.U.I.

– The Secretary’s Office for Students does not handle any issues related to this card. You should contact the office of Banco Santander

How do I request the recognition/validation of subjects I have already taken?

– Applications for recognition of studies must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by the established deadline.

– The student must be enrolled in that academic year to apply for recognition of studies.

IT SUPPORT

I am having problems accessing the university portal.

– The Secretary’s Office for Students does not manage the university portal. You must submit an incident to the technical service in Portal Support in this link: https://accesounico.ufv.es/

I have problems accessing CANVAS or any other IT tool or platform.

– The Secretary’s Office for Students does not manage the CANVAS virtual classroom. You must send an incident to the technical service at: https://accesounico.ufv.es/
