HEALTH RESEARCH AND CONSULTING UNIT (HRCU)

The unit facilitates the development of research projects that contribute to the development of a person-centered medicine, taking into account the opinions, beliefs and values of patients, and thus having an impact on the improvement of the quality of health care services.

HISPANIC AMERICAN FORUM

Research center that promotes knowledge and relations between America and Spain. It focuses on multidisciplinary research and dissemination of the history, politics, religion, society and culture of the American company.

INSTITUTE OF BIOETHICS

The institute’s activity is focused on the development of bioethics, the search for truth and respect for the dignity of every person from the beginning of his or her existence until his or her natural end. Its main objectives are: training, research and publications in bioethics, from an interdisciplinary, scientific, ethical and legal perspective, of the current and future challenges of contemporary bioethics.

ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE

Promotes research in the human sciences that addresses the study of human beings in their personal, family, moral and religious integrity. It focuses on three specialty groupings: Economics, Philosophy and the Center for Family Studies.

OPEN REASON INSTITUTE

Manages the Open Reason Awards, encouraging and accompanying researchers and teachers to expand the horizons of reason in their own areas of knowledge. It also promotes networking with professors from other universities.

CENTER FOR THE GLOBAL COMMON GOOD

Think-tank created in the Faculty of Law, Business and Government dedicated to the analysis and promotion of the common good worldwide: international security, economic development, AI ethics, Christian social thought, epochal change in various parts of the world, etc.

JOHN HENRY NEWMAN INSTITUTE

Works on the great existential questions and the search for the meaning of life as a way of knowing reality. Promotes forgiveness as an essential process for emotional and social well-being. Brings together professors, researchers and students in the development of interdisciplinary projects that address forgiveness from diverse perspectives, fostering collaboration with national and international institutions to generate a positive impact on society.
