Master’s Degree’s degree in Marriage and Family Sciences. University specialization in Family Ministry from the Pontifical Lateran University and Pontifical Institute John Paul II. Certified in Dialogic Coaching, personal and team, by IDDI (Management Development Institute). She has worked at the Francisco de Vitoria University since its foundation in 1993, as a trainer of “Volunteers in Action” and “Be The Change”. She is currently Director of the Santander Chair of Social Responsibility at the University Francisco de Vitoria.

SONIA GONZÁLEZ IGLESIAS. University Degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Master’s Degree in Humanities and PhD in Humanities from the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, Dialogic Coach by IDDI (Management Development Institute). She has undertaken her professional work in the university and educational field, both in Spain and abroad, with more than 23 years of experience in the support of students, trainers and management teams. In the last 8 years she has been Director of the International Center for Reflection on Encounter and Accompaniment at the UFV. Currently, she is a consultant, coach and mentor.

TATO SÁINZ QUINTANA. Director of the Recal Foundation since 2001 and director of ‘El Olivar: treatment center’. University Degree in Addiction Therapy Minnesota Model by the Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies, and in Therapy and supervision of therapists by The Consuelling & Psychotherapy Central Awardyn Body.

ANTONIO SASTRE. University Degree in Philosophy and Educational Sciences. Professor of Philosophy in Secondary Education. He teaches Humanities subjects in various university degrees at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and is a professor of the Master’s Degree of Social, Emotional and Creativity Education at the University of Cantabria. He is the general coordinator of Comprehensive Training of the network of RC schools in Spain. Author of several textbooks for Secondary Education.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT sector (Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent and others) in business management and service development positions leading national and international teams. She has worked at the UFV since its foundation. She has been Coordinator of the Department of Social Action, Academic Advisor, Assistant to the Director of Integral Formation, responsible for various humanitarian projects. She has several publications on the formation of the RSU. She is currently Director of the Santander Group Chair of Social Responsibility, professor of Humanities, mentor and coach.

CHARO HERRÁN. Expert in executive, team and relationship coaching, as well as in the design and delivery of leadership and coaching seminars. She has participated in several programs with public administration and private companies. Graduated in the Leadership and Coaching Program by CTI and Relationship and Organizational Coach by CRR. She has been Human Resources Director at Cofares, Marconi and Amper. Degree in Industrial Sociology (UCM) and Master’s Degree in Organization and Human Resources. Collaborator of the IDDI (Management Development Institute) of the Francisco de Vitoria University.

MÓNICA LARRABEITI. Professional Coach Certified by ICF and Executive Coach Certified by the European School of Coaching. Relationship and Organizational Coach certified by Augere / CRR. Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Deusto. She is currently collaborating with the IDDI (Management Development Institute) of the Francisco de Vitoria University and is a trainer in the Dialogic Coaching Certification Program. She worked for 16 years at Procter & Gamble in the Commercial and Marketing departments.

NATALIA MÁRQUEZ. Director of the IDDI (Management Development Institute) of the UFV. University Degree in Psychology and PDG from IESE. She has been General Director of Business Development at EUROFORUM Escorial, European Business School (EBS) and Ward Howell Executive Search where she has been responsible for the elaboration of the strategic plan, business development, strategic alliances and relations at the first level of the companies. Business consultant, executive coach, supervisor and trainer. Co-author of the book Coaching Dialógico (Lid Editorial, 2013) and of the research for the creation of the Dialogic Coaching model.

NADIA PEETERS. Executive Coach, Team Coach and Trainer. Since 2008 she develops her activity in Training, Executive and Team Coaching in different organizations and companies both in Spain and internationally. She has coached in Telefónica España, Enagas, Thales, among others. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in Germanic Philology from the University of Ghent, Belgium. She is a regular collaborator and coach at the Management Development Institute (IDDI in Spanish) of the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, and Assistant Director of the Dialogic Coaching Certification Area of the IDDI School of Dialogic Coaching.

PILAR REVUELTA. Process consultant in organizations and coach. Graduate from the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations. Clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst. Master’s Degree in psychoanalytic theory by the Complutense University of Madrid. She has abundant clinical experience, as well as consulting and coaching experience. She is the author of numerous articles, and contributor to national and international publications. She is a collaborator of the IDDI (Management Development Institute) of the Francisco de Vitoria University and a member of the team that created the Dialogic Coaching Model.

ASUNTA SERRANO. Coordinator of the Legionaries of Christ & Regnum Christi Madrid project at the Center for Reflection in Encounter and Accompaniment. She is currently Assistant Director of Everest Monteclaro School, Regnum Christi. She has been Director of Management and Quality in a network of RC schools in Spain, as well as Assistant Director of Highland School in La Moraleja and Seville.

Worked in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Navarra developing research work focused on the philosophical analysis of human action. JOSÉ ANGEL AGEJAS (September 2015 – October 2017 ). Principal Investigator. PhD in Philosophy. Full Professor at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria with more than 6 years of experience in accompanying students and trainers. He was Deputy Director of Opinion of the newspaper La Información of Madrid in 1995. As well as Deputy Director of the Information Office of the Spanish Episcopal Conference.

Master’s Degree in Humanities. Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. Founding partner of the AVANCE center. Trainer in companies such as Telefónica and Fremap and is in charge of personnel selection processes in some companies such as the pharmaceutical laboratories Merk Sharp & Dohme. In 2002 she began to collaborate in the department of student admissions at the University Francisco de Vitoria, until 2009 when she left the department and began to mentor and teach in different careers (Architecture, Medicine, Computer Engineering, Advertising and CAFYD).

Senior Expert at the European Commission, recognized for advisory work in the negotiation, strategic planning, evaluation and management of Cohesion Policy. Professor of Ethics and CSR at the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (Chile) and Director of the CSR Chair at the Universidad de Alcalá. Professor of Business Policy, Negotiation and Public Management at Business Schools in Spain and Latin America. Degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid, PDD from IESE and expert in Public Management from HKS-Harvard University. PhD (c) from the University of Alcalá.

Graduated in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, he spent eight years in the service of the Navy as an Officer of the Legal Corps (EC), four of them as a professor at the Naval Military School. He later joined the company Hidroeléctrica Española in the HR department. He also held the same HR management responsibilities at CEU and France Telecom España, while simultaneously teaching HR at the MBA of the IEDE and EOI Business Schools. He currently teaches HR at Centro Garrigues, collaborates with IDDI (Management Development Institute) at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and collaborates with EURO-EAD.

IÑAKI VELAZ (September 2017-January 2018). University Degree in Philosophy and PhD in Business Administration from the University of Navarra. PhD in Business Administration from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. Partner at Assentire Consulting. Founding partner at Systematic Innovation by Design. Associate Professor at the University of Deusto since 2003. Associate Professor at the University of Navarra for 16 years. Associate Editor at the Instituto de Empresa y Humanismo for 22 years. Author of a large volume of publications in the areas of business humanism, business ethics, leadership and management models.

CECILIA FONT DE VILLANUEVA (April 2018-Present). PhD in Economic Theory from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2004) and Master’s Degree in Humanities from the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (2007). After receiving her PhD, she began her academic activity at the Universidad Carlos III. She is currently an assistant professor at the Francisco de Vitoria University in the Faculty of Law and Business Studies. Throughout her academic career she has participated in interesting research projects as a result of which she is the author of numerous scientific publications. She is a research member of the Instituto de Investigaciones Económicas y Sociales Francisco de Vitoria and anonymous reviewer of the Revista de Historia Económica- Journal of Iberican and Latin American Economic History. She is a member of the jury of the prestigious Razón Abierta Research Awards organized annually by the Francisco de Vitoria University together with the Joseph Ratzinger Foundation.

FRANCISCO FERNANDEZ FERRERAS (June 2017-Present). Expert in human capital projects, organizational transformation and managerial productivity with more than 20 years of experience accompanying public and private companies in Europe and America. PABLO ROMERO CAGIGAL (April 2016-Present). Assistant to management and member of the Research Team of the Irene Vázquez Chair Person-Centered Business of IDDI-Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. Partner of Criteria Advisors. Consultant and Coach with more than 20 years of management experience in the areas of Human Resources and Organization, Marketing, Communication and Consulting. Associate professor at different Business Schools and Universities. He has been Director of HR and Corporate Development for Iberia in Toshiba Europe, having previously held the direction of Marketing and Communication in the same company. He holds an Executive MBA from IESE, a Master’s Degree in International Trade from ESIC and a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid.

Specialist in Entrepreneurship, Competitive Intelligence and in the evaluation of the effects of Coaching applied to the business and educational world.

ENRIQUE SALAS (December 2018-Present). Graduate in Business Administration and Diploma in International Tax Law, he holds a Master’s Degree’s Degree in Finance, in Professional Program Management (Stevens Institute of Technologies) and in Contract Management (George Washington University). He has developed his extensive professional experience mainly in North American multinational companies, where he has held different management positions. He is currently CEO at EKAM Partners, and independent director in different companies in various sectors and member of the Instituto de Consejeros Administradores de España. He is also a coach for senior executives in national (Ibex35) and multinational companies, as well as a professor at important business schools and a frequent lecturer. For years, he has been collaborating with the Management Development Institute (IDDI in Spanish) of the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
