Certified in Dialogic Coaching, personal and team, by IDDI (Management Development Institute). She has worked at the Francisco de Vitoria University since its foundation in 1993, as a trainer of “Volunteers in Action” and “Be The Change”. She is currently Director of the Santander Chair of Social Responsibility at the University Francisco de Vitoria.

SONIA GONZÁLEZ IGLESIAS. She has undertaken her professional work in the university and educational field, both in Spain and abroad, with more than 23 years of experience in the support of students, trainers and management teams. In the last 8 years she has been Director of the International Center for Reflection on Encounter and Accompaniment at the UFV. Currently, she is a consultant, coach and mentor.

He is the general coordinator of Comprehensive Training of the network of RC schools in Spain. Author of several textbooks for Secondary Education.

She has several publications on the formation of the RSU. She is currently Director of the Santander Group Chair of Social Responsibility, professor of Humanities, mentor and coach.

She is a regular collaborator and coach at the Management Development Institute (IDDI in Spanish) of the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, and Assistant Director of the Dialogic Coaching Certification Area of the IDDI School of Dialogic Coaching.

PILAR REVUELTA. Process consultant in organizations and coach. Graduate from the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations. Clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst. Master’s Degree in psychoanalytic theory by the Complutense University of Madrid. She has abundant clinical experience, as well as consulting and coaching experience. She is the author of numerous articles, and contributor to national and international publications. She is a collaborator of the IDDI (Management Development Institute) of the Francisco de Vitoria University and a member of the team that created the Dialogic Coaching Model.

He later joined the company Hidroeléctrica Española in the HR department. He also held the same HR management responsibilities at CEU and France Telecom España, while simultaneously teaching HR at the MBA of the IEDE and EOI Business Schools. He currently teaches HR at Centro Garrigues, collaborates with IDDI (Management Development Institute) at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and collaborates with EURO-EAD.

CECILIA FONT DE VILLANUEVA (April 2018-Present). PhD in Economic Theory from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2004) and Master’s Degree in Humanities from the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (2007). After receiving her PhD, she began her academic activity at the Universidad Carlos III. She is currently an assistant professor at the Francisco de Vitoria University in the Faculty of Law and Business Studies. Throughout her academic career she has participated in interesting research projects as a result of which she is the author of numerous scientific publications. She is a research member of the Instituto de Investigaciones Económicas y Sociales Francisco de Vitoria and anonymous reviewer of the Revista de Historia Económica- Journal of Iberican and Latin American Economic History. She is a member of the jury of the prestigious Razón Abierta Research Awards organized annually by the Francisco de Vitoria University together with the Joseph Ratzinger Foundation.

Associate professor at different Business Schools and Universities. He has been Director of HR and Corporate Development for Iberia in Toshiba Europe, having previously held the direction of Marketing and Communication in the same company. ENRIQUE SALAS (December 2018-Present). Graduate in Business Administration and Diploma in International Tax Law, he holds a Master’s Degree’s Degree in Finance, in Professional Program Management (Stevens Institute of Technologies) and in Contract Management (George Washington University). He has developed his extensive professional experience mainly in North American multinational companies, where he has held different management positions. He is currently CEO at EKAM Partners, and independent director in different companies in various sectors and member of the Instituto de Consejeros Administradores de España. He is also a coach for senior executives in national (Ibex35) and multinational companies, as well as a professor at important business schools and a frequent lecturer. For years, he has been collaborating with the Management Development Institute (IDDI in Spanish) of the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
