IDDI’s main training programs are:
LEADERSHIP DEPLOYMENT PROGRAM (LDP)
Today’s companies need leaders of leaders. Effective people, who move teams and wills towards a project, generating commitment. People who believe in people and who achieve excellent results. The LDP consists of 6 modules, which address the key aspects related to transformational leadership:
Program aims:
- To explore the leadership faculties of the participants from the awareness of their capabilities, values, areas of improvement and personal choice.
- To develop innovative business visions that add value.
- To incorporate the keys to achieve high team performance.
- Build key relationships through communication that promotes cooperation with other business units, and positively manage conflicts.
- Establish priorities and efficient dynamics for optimal work flow and life balance.
- Show the organization the incorporation of the program into the company’s day-to-day operations
CERTIFICATION IN DIALOGIC COACHING
The Dialogic Coaching area was created with the aim of promoting the development of the coaching profession internationally, generating innovative thinking and contributions and offering quality training that raises the prestige and effectiveness of its professionals. And we have done it from a multidisciplinary and rigorous research that connects the contributions of philosophy, psychology and coaching. This research, together with more than a decade of IDDI’s experience in management development, allows us to offer our own model, the first purely Spanish one: the Dialogic Coaching model. From this model is born a new training program for professional coaches: the Certification Program in Dialogic Coaching .
Aims of the program:
- To provide a vision of humankind, from a solid anthropological foundation, as a species which develops by building relationships of encounter with the reality that surrounds it.
- To develop a pool of exceptional coaches on an international scale. To prepare coaches to unveil the client’s being, meaning and path to fulfillment.
- To incorporate relationships and systems into individual coaching
TEAM COACHING
This is a type of coaching increasingly in demand by companies, which have detected its enormous effectiveness in improving cohesion and the achievement of objectives in teams.
Focused on the relationship established between the members of each team, team coaching does not consider each person individually, but the interaction between all members, facilitating the unveiling of work processes, structural dynamics and the quality of this relationship. As a result of team coaching sessions, teams generate stronger bonds, greater cohesion in the team and in the pursuit of common goals, as well as greater involvement – responsibility – in the productivity and positivity of the team.
Program aims:
- Learn to generate a shared and motivating vision to align the team.
- Learn to unveil the systemic dynamics/processes in teams, as well as their emotionality.
- Learn to design the best intervention strategies.
- Acquire the necessary competencies to facilitate teams to achieve high performance by fostering cooperation.
- Acquire and practice the best relational and systemic tools from different sources, integrating them into the dialogic model of teams
