FINANCING

The Chair currently offers three types of collaboration: Individual Donations, Corporate Partners and Sponsor Institutions.

1. DONATIONS

We thank the family of Irene Vázquez for being the main funder of the Chair together with the Francisco de Vitoria University for their unconditional support to this project.

2. PARTNER COMPANY

This condition implies:

A. Participation in activities of TRAINING, RESEARCH AND PUBLICATIONS

WORKING BREAKFASTS (2 hours duration): 2 participants.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS (4 hours duration): 2 participants.
BUSINESS MEETING: “PERSON-CENTERED AGILE COMPANIES”.
TRAINING PROGRAM: “LEADERSHIP FOR TRANSFORMATION” (2.5 days duration): 2 participants.
DISCOUNTS FOR THE PARTICIPATION OF TWO PEOPLE IN ANY OF IDDI’S TRAINING PROGRAMS.
REAL CHANGE PROJECT CONSULTING SERVICE: supervision of the diagnostic phase and in the planning of the Process, as well as a first intervention in the implementation phase

B. Participation in activities of COMMUNICATION:

OFFICIAL LOGO OF PARTNER COMPANY OR SPONSOR INSTITUTION: Use by the sponsor of the official logo of Partner Company of the Irene Vázquez Chair in all communications and channels.
PRESS RELEASES: Preferential visibility in all press releases related to the Chair and associated projects, with expected impact in the economic press and specialized media in the area of Human Resources and Leadership.
CHAIR PUBLICATIONS: Visibility of the logo in academic and business publications.
WEBSITE: Prominent visibility on the home page of the Chair’s website and specific section with content of the Partner Company or Sponsor Institution.
BUSINESS MEETINGS AND INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS”: Prominent visibility and presentation of the Partner Company or Sponsor Institution

3. SPONSORING INSTITUTIONS

Participation in the Chair’s communication and dissemination activities.
