The most famous cooking school in the world has its Spanish headquarters in Madrid at the Francisco de Vitoria University where hundreds of students are trained every year in first class culinary facilities to become great professionals who will work in the best kitchens in Spain and abroad.

Le Cordon Bleu was born in Paris in 1895 and, from its beginnings, enjoyed great international prestige  and went from being a Parisian cooking school to become an international network of culinary art schools and hotel and catering schools that now has more than 35 branches on five continents.

UFV is very fortunate to have this school on its campus and to have among its teachers chefs with a great career that come from restaurants with several Michelin stars and who have won prestigious awardss.

In our kitchens, you can take a wide variety of programs and courses for all levels, from amateurs to professionals, such as the Grand Diplôme®, which combines the Cooking program with the Pastry program and is the title held by the best chefs in the world. In addition, the UFV’s educational offer is completed with a degree in Gastronomy that combines theory with the practical part at Le Cordon Bleu.
