Journalistic Message Observatory

This research group was created with the aim of analyzing the influence of the media on public opinion. The aim is to contrast the differences and similarities in the analysis carried out by the media in the face of certain facts, to study the possible ideological implications in the treatment of information, to detect the possible manipulations that have been used when dealing with information to underpin their ideological lines and to establish some basic criteria for the analysis of informative messages in the new multimedia scenario for its application in other subjects and fields.

Main lines of research: The journalistic message in the digital ecosystem; Transformations and new scenarios of the radio medium.
