SUSANA ALONSO
Director of the Research Chair in Organizational Development Irene Vázquez “Person-Centered Company” of the UFV. Management Development and Organizational Change Consultant and Certified Executive Coach. Degree in Geography and History and MBA from the Instituto de Empresa. For more than 15 years she has designed and directed programs for companies in the field of Leadership, Cultural Change and Management Development, within IDDI and previously at Euroforum Escorial. She has developed and directed IDDI’s School of Dialogic Coaching with all its programs and the research for the creation of the Dialogic Coaching model, of which she is co-creator. She is coordinator and co-author of the book Coaching Dialógico (Lid Editorial, 2013).

JESÚS GARRE
Degree in Economics and Business Administration from ICADE. International MBA at IESE. He has participated in executive education programs at Harvard University Business School, City University in London and the Senior Executive Program at Stanford. He is currently the Managing Partner of Avasant in Spain and Portugal. Formerly Managing Director and CEO of Capgemini in Spain. Expert in strategic consulting and information technology. He has held positions of business leadership and increasing responsibility in EY, IBM and Cooper&Lybrand among others. Expert in digital economy strategy, organizational change management and digital transformation projects.

FRANCISCO FERNÁNDEZ FERRERAS
Expert in human capital projects, organizational transformation and management productivity with more than 20 years of experience suporting public and private companies in Europe and America. PhD in Industrial Engineering (Cum Laude) and Master in Organization and Logistics Engineering by the ETSII of Madrid (UPM), PDD by the IESE and Executive Coach (ACTP) and Coach Supervisor by the Escuela Europea de Coaching of Madrid. Professor at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (ETSII-UPM), IE Business School and The Valley Digital Business School. Author of the book “De personas, estrategia y liderazgo. El impulso de un nuevo perfil de empresa” (2015) and co-author of the book “Más que cambio transformación. Apuntes de un reto cercano” (2010). Author of more than 50 articles on human capital and strategy.

GERARDO GÓMEZ
Expert in leadership skills, change management, coaching, negotiation and teamwork. Currently working in consulting and coaching processes in Information Technologies and Services in companies in the EMEA region. Degree in Computer Science from UPM and Executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa. Additionally, studies in Psychotherapy, Emotional Intelligence and NLP. Co-Active Coaching Certification Program. The Coaches Training Institute. CTI. Master in Business Management and Administration. Professional certified by The Leadership Circle, a tool for the evaluation of Leadership. He is also a collaborator and coach at IDDI, Instituto de Desarrollo Directivo Integral, Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.

PABLO ROMERO CAGIGAL
Assistant Director and member of the Research Team of the Irene Vázquez Chair “Person-Centered Company” of IDDI-Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. Partner of Criteria Advisors. Consultant and Coach with more than 20 years of management experience in the areas of Human Resources and Organization, Marketing, Communication and Consulting. Associate professor at different Business Schools and Universities. He has been Director of HR and Corporate Development for Iberia in Toshiba Europe, having previously held the direction of Marketing and Communication in the same company. He holds an Executive MBA from IESE, a Master’s Degree in International Trade from ESIC and a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid.

SONIA GONZÁLEZ IGLESIAS
Degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas. Master in Humanities and PhD in Humanities from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. Dialogic Coach by IDDI. She has developed her professional work in the university and educational field, both in Spain and abroad, with more than 23 years of experience in the accompaniment of students, trainers and management teams. For the last 8 years she has been Director of the International Center for Reflection on Encounter and Accompaniment at the Francisco de Vitoria University. Currently, she is a consultant, coach and mentor.

CARLOS ESCARIO
He is an adjunct professor at the Mendoza Business School (University of Notre Dame) and a Fellow of the International Academy of Management. Due to his experience in SLi, he is the Spanish reference in the logistics operations and transportation sector. Member of the faculty of the GLP (Global Leadership Program), a consortium of global corporations based in Asia, Europe and North America and supervised by MESA Research Group and School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL) in India. Visiting Professor at the Leadership Center of the Catholic University of Arequipa (Peru) and the American Liberty University (USA). He is an associate professor at the Business Schools of ESIC, Basque Culinary Center, EDEM Business School and San Telmo International Institute. Collaborator of the IDDI programs of the Francisco de Vitoria University

ENRIQUE SALAS
He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in International Tax Law, a Master’s Degree in Finance, a Master’s Degree in Professional Program Management (Stevens Institute of Technologies) and a Master’s Degree in Contract Management (George Washington University). He has developed his extensive professional experience mainly in North American multinational companies, where he has held different management positions. He is currently CEO at EKAM Partners, and independent director in different companies in various sectors and member of the Instituto de Consejeros Administradores de España. He is also a coach for senior executives in national (Ibex35) and multinational companies, as well as a professor at important business schools and a frequent lecturer. For years, he has been collaborating with the Instituto de Desarrollo Directivo Integral (IDDI) of the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
