SERVICES WE OFFER:
The International Relations Office (IRO) is committed to its mission of promoting incoming and outgoing mobility of the entire university community (teachers, students and Administrative and Service Staff) through:
– Dissemination of information and calls for applications .
– Advice.
– Contact with international partner institutions.
– Administrative management of calls for applications.
– Financial management of Erasmus+, Santander and other grants.
– Presence in international forums
BASIC PROCESSES
The IRO is responsible for providing support in the following processes:
– Studies: study residencies for a period of between three months and one year in a higher education institution in another country.
– Erasmus+ Internships: internships for a period of between two months and one year in a company in another EU country.
– Teaching/Research Staff: short and long-term mobility residencies abroad for teaching and/or training purposes Teaching/Research Staff: short and long-term mobility residencies abroad for teaching and/or training purposes.
– Administration and Services Staff: short-term mobility stays abroad for training purposes.

SERVICES WE OFFER:
– Translation of texts and articles
– Training of faculty in bilingual teaching methodologies
– Language teaching to the entire university community: Undergraduate, CETYS, Graduate, PAS/PROF.
– Conducting on-campus language accreditation and English language tests to ensure the necessary language level of students and faculty for various activities (bilingual classes, mobility, internships and employment…)
– Personalized advice to students on their personal language plan
BASIC PROCESSES
– Linguistic advice on teaching methodologies, learning methods and official language accreditatio
– Language level measurement in the selection of students in the admission process and in the selection of teaching staff in all faculties
– Organization of language teaching groups
– Management of the university’s translation service
– Holding of official Cambridge Linguaskill accreditation exams

SERVICES WE OFFER:
– Dissemination and monitoring of international offers through the internship and employment portal
– Advice to students throughout the international internship search process (international CV / resources to use in the search)
– Monitoring of international internship documentation (internship agreement and internship annex / letter acceptance and learning agreement) either through the Erasmus internship program or by signing an institutional collaboration agreement for internships
– Specific assistance at the request of degree directors in the search and prospecting of international offers for their students (FJE / Architecture / Computer Engineering / Physiotherapy)
BASIC PROCESSES
– Dissemination and monitoring of the internship program in Spanish representations abroad of the MAEC – 3 calls per year
– Monthly dissemination of the REPER Newsletter with Job and Internship Offers in the European Union Institutions through the internship and employment portal
