If you pre-register as a speaker and your submission is not accepted, the registration fee will be refunded to those who choose not to attend the congress as participants.

IMPORTANT DATES:
- Abstract Submission: 1st November – 20th January 2024 / 1st November – 10th February 2025
- Abstract Acceptance Notification: The main author will be informed on 3rd February 2024 / 15th February 2025
- Important: Accepted oral or poster presentations whose main authors have not registered by the specified deadline will be removed from the programme.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The congress offers two participation formats: Oral Presentation or Poster.
There are four participation categories:
- Undergraduate Final Project (TFG)
- Master’s or Specialization Final Project (TFM)
- Doctoral Thesis
- Research in Comprehensive Care and Clinical Nursing
For the first three categories, abstracts may be submitted if the work was completed within the last five years.
For the last category, research must be ongoing or completed within the last five years.
Abstracts can be submitted in Spanish or English.
It is highly recommended to carefully read the abstract submission guidelines, as compliance is mandatory for evaluation by the Scientific Committee.

Steps to Submit an Abstract

- Prepare your abstract using one of the provided templates, according to your submission type:
- For research with results (Download template here).
- For research without results (Download template here).
- For systematic literature reviews (Download template here).
- For care plans (Download template here).
- For health promotion programs (EPS) (Download template here).
- Save the file in Word format, naming it with the main author’s ID (DNI) and letter.
- Complete the registration form, attach your correctly named Word file, and submit it. The form is available in the registration section.
Only abstracts using the provided templates and complying with the submission guidelines will be evaluated.
Abstract Evaluation Criteria
Abstracts will undergo a peer-review process based on the following criteria:
- Title: Relevance and coherence with the study’s content.
- Structure: Adherence to abstract format guidelines.
- Content: Internal consistency between objectives, methodology, discussion, results, and conclusions.
- Originality & Scientific Value: Contribution to the field of nursing research.
Best Work Award
The Scientific Committee will grant four awards, one per category, during the closing ceremony:
- Best Undergraduate Final Project (TFG)
- Best Master’s or Specialization Final Project (TFM)
- Best Doctoral Thesis
- Best Research in Comprehensive Care and Clinical Nursing
- Best Poster
