FILE TRANSFER OF TRANSCRIPT

WHAT IS IT?

Students who have already begun their studies at the UFV must apply for a transfer of their transcript if they wish to begin, continue, or simultaneously study at another university/university center.

In order to apply, the new university/university must provide the student with the relevant documentation, such as a letter of admission or other document verifying that the student has been admitted to the other university/affiliated centre.

If the student is going to simultaneously two studies, the letter of admission must indicate clearly that the transfer is granted for simultaneity.

HOW AND WHERE TO APPLY?

The student can request a transfer to another center:

PRESENTLY AT THE STUDENTS’ SECRETARIAT.

The student must present the following documentation at the Student Secretary’s Office:

The letter of admission, copy of the registration or email from the university of destination verifying that he/she is admitted.

– This application  duly completed, marking the box CERTIFICATE FOR TRANSFER OF EXPEDIENT and indicating on the dotted line the university you are going to and the studies you will take there (if the transfer is for simultaneity, you must specify it).

After the Student Secretary’s Office verifies that the student’s transcript is in order for the transfer, the student will pay the corresponding amount   at the Cashier’s Department and will be given the proof of payment for the transfer of transcript, which must be presented at the other center.

In the event that the interested party is unable to carry out the procedures to request the transfer of their transcript, another person may do so on their behalf in person at the Student Secretary’s Office. In addition to the transfer request documentation (letter of admission to the other center and application duly completed and signed by the student), the following documentation must be presented: an authorization signed by the student and a photocopy of both sides of the student’s identity document.

IMPORTANT: The Official Academic Certification, for transfer purposes, will not be given to the student, but will be sent directly from the Student Secretary’s Office to the university where the student has been admitted.

THROUGH EMAIL.

The student must send by email to secretaria_alumnos@ufv.es secretaria_alumnos@ufv.es from the address with which he/she is registered at the university:

– The letter of admission, copy of the registration or email from the university of destination verifying that he/she has been admitted.

– This application duly completed by marking the box CERTIFICATE FOR TRANSFER OF EXPEDIENT and indicating in the dotted line the university to which you are going and the studies you will take there (if the transfer is for simultaneity, you must specify it).

In the Subject you must indicate: APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER EXPEDIENT and name and surnames of the interested party.

After the Student Secretary’s Office verifies that the student’s file is in order to be able to transfer the file, the Payments Department will inform the student how to pay for it and once the payment is done, they will send by e-mail the proof of payment for the transfer of file that must be presented in the other center.
