WHY THIS UNIVERSITY MASTER'S DEGREE?
CHANGE AGENT IN ORGANIZATIONS: THE NEW MANAGER
To train a new profile of people development managers who, with a focus on the common good, will be agents of change in organizations, contributing positive value to society.
The training itinerary is based on a humanistic and multidisciplinary approach that considers the dimension of purpose/meaning as the key to talent management, in companies that put people at the center of strategic and operational decisions and generates a perspective, integrated knowledge and global vision of the company and the person.
PERSON, PROFESSION AND ORGANIZATION
Professional development requires a coherent, person-centered action plan that takes into account the individuals context and allows them to identify their vocation.
Detecting the innate capacity, motivation, areas of improvement and opportunity of each student is the starting point to develop the talent of each person. For this purpose, and as part of the training, we integrate a personalized itinerary of Dialogic Coaching sessions. The training itinerary covers three areas of action in relation to:
1. The person: Prepares those who work with people in dynamic, demanding and unstable business environments, to manage processes under the premise of person-centeredness
2. The profession: Facilitates the development of a generation of professionals who, thanks to the identification of their sensitivity and professional vocation and the belief in the centrality of the person in organizations, can achieve relevant changes, imbued with purpose and talent, in the business world
3. The organization: Generates the possibility of being proactive and proposing effective changes in the evolution of business organizations (intra-entrepreneurship) towards servant leadership and the common good, in relation to all stakeholders (management, employees, customers, shareholders, society)
NETWORKING
Generating and expanding a network of professional contacts is an essential part of professional career development. To this end, as part of your training, the program includes a series of meetings with active professionals and experts in different areas of knowledge in which, in addition to expanding your agenda of opportunities, spaces will be established to discover new developments, trends and incorporate complementary points of view that will help you understand the current labor context.
