Beca del Congreso de los Diputados para la elaboración de tesis doctoral. Máster en Ciencia Política y Constitucional en el Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales (1995). Trabajo Fin de Master Calificado con Mención Especial. Máster en Dirección, Gestión y Evaluación de Centros Educativos. Trabajo Fin de Master calificado como Sobresaliente (2002). Acreditada por la ACAP como Profesor Contratado Doctor de Universidad Privada (2009). Premio Innovación Docente UFV 2009. Concedido sexenio de investigación en 2019.
Ramón Fernández de Caleya Dalmau
Ingeniero de Telecomunicación / MSc en Ingeniería de Telecomunicación, Espec. Comunicaciones / Dr Ingeniero Telecomunicación, Espec. Fotónica. Profesor doctor, director del Centro de Emprendimiento e investigador en GEIN de la UFV, con primeros tramos de docentia y sexenios (Aneca en trámite); dilatada experiencia profesional en varias universidades y como consultor y director de empresas tecnológicas e industriales internacionales.

Estudió Filosofía del Derecho y Política y Ciencias Biológicas en la Universidad de Valencia. Elaborando Tesis Doctoral en Evolución Biológica en la Universidad de Sevilla. También profesor en la Escuela de Liderazgo Universitario y en el Postgrado de Inteligencia Economica y Seguridad de Icade.

Actualmente es el Director del área de Desarrollo de Aplicaciones en el Vicerrectorado de Calidad y Transformación Organizacional y profesor de la FCJyE en la UFV. Ha trabajado durante 16 años en el campo de la consultoría, tanto en empresas de ámbito internacional como nacional.
