UFV is one of the few universities to have 27,000 m2 dedicated to sports. Many of your classes will be held at the UFV Sports Center, in the swimming and recreation pools, weight training rooms, fitness room, indoor cycling room, soccer fields, basketball courts, paddle tennis, field hockey, tennis, etc.

In the School of Medicine’s Anatomical Dissection Room and Surgical Simulation Center, you will learn about the human body in a way that no other university offers… You will discover how to train effectively while avoiding damage and injury.
The UFV campus is a paradise for sports enthusiasts and is part of the network of healthy universities. It has a sports center with swimming pools, a large gym, an indoor cycling room, an air-conditioned pavilion with parquet floors… as well as computer rooms, study rooms, food trucks, etc.
You will learn through seminars given by top athletes and teachers such as Nuria Mendoza, National Award for Arts and Sciences Applied to Sports and creator of the White Book of Inclusive Sports, or Maria Merino, Jiu-Jitsu World Champion.
You will specialize with a Personal Trainer diploma and you will be able to obtain a complementary title of National Soccer Coach. You can also combine this degree with the physiotherapy degree with a validation plan.
You will carry out professional internships in educational centers or sports institutions such as Atlético de Madrid, CB Estudiantes, Reebook Sport Club, Colegio San Agustín and Colegio Sagrados Corazones, among others.
You can participate in university championships in soccer, basketball, rugby, volleyball, etc., start your own business, or join student societies and initiatives such as Runners for Ethiopia, Polar Raid, and Sport for Change.

Internships in schools, soccer clubs and sports institutions
You will do your internship in one of the more than 60 educational or sports centers with which we have agreements, such as Atlético de Madrid, CB Estudiantes, Reebook Sport Club, San Ignacio de Loyola School, Santísimo Sacramento Schools, Rayo Vallecano Club, Canillas Club or the Madrid Football, Judo, Tennis and Golf Associations.
International Agreements
We have more than 200 exchange agreements, so you can study at a university in America, Europe or Asia, where you will learn about other audiovisual environments and broaden your horizons. In addition, you will live on the UFV campus with students of different nationalities.

Sport is an activity that promotes great values that have a direct impact on many people. Through education, skills, values and attitudes are fostered that positively transform society.
