ABOUT US
The general aim of the Center for Family Studies is to study and analyze the family institution from a multidisciplinary perspective: psychological, legal, social, economic, theological and welfare.

AIMS
The general aim can be broken down into the following specific goals:
- To develop a diagnosis on the position of the family in Spain.
- To design and implement scientific research projects on the family from a multidisciplinary perspective.
- To organize conferences, seminars and exhibitions as a means of exchanging knowledge and influencing public opinion.
- To advise the Government on legislative policies that have an impact on the family.
- To work with public and private organizations on studies about the Spanish family reality.
- To publish and disseminate research.
- To organize courses and provide training on family-related issues (for example, the University Master’s Degree in Family Mediation)
ACTIVITIES

On the 50th anniversary of May ’68 and the so-called sexual revolution, the Francisco de Vitoria University held an international and interdisciplinary conference that addressed in depth the causes and background of this historic event.
