You will learn in clinical simulators, electrotherapy rooms, swimming pools, etc.
ONLY at UFV you will study sports physiotherapy in the swimming and recovery pools and in the fitness room of the UFV Sports Center. In addition, your practical classes will be in the Advanced Clinical Simulation Center and in the electrotherapy, physiology and manual therapy rooms, in a campus that is positioned as one of the BEST in Europe

You will do more than 1,300 hours of internship rotating through different specializations (traumatology, respiratory, geriatrics, neurology, etc.) in places such as Clínica La Luz, Hospital Puerta de Hierro, Club Deportivo Tacón, etc
You will understand physiotherapy with a technical and human approach with very practical classes, visits to clinics and sports centers, conferences with experts, seminars of Pilates, kinesiotaping, Terol School, etc
ONLY at the UFV you will have more than 27,000 m2 dedicated to sport, a Clinical Simulation Center, a Sports Center and even a Physiotherapy clinic within the campus for you to practice with real patients
You will learn from the best teachers, 90% of them are active professionals of the specialtization they teach: physiology, dry needling, osteopathy and kinetic control, among others
You will learn about the human body in the Anatomical Dissection room of the Faculty of Medicine to gain a thorough understanding of why injuries occur.

You will study with an innovative syllabus that includes techniques from postgraduate that are not usually studied in the university degree: neurological, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, cardio-respiratory, etc

Internships in companies, clinics and hospitals

The organization ENPHE has a network of 167 institutions in 31 countries. Four years ago I made the decision, with the support of my family, to become part of the great family of the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. From the first day I entered the campus as a physiotherapy student, I have felt accompanied. It is a home where you can express how you are and how you feel, where you meet many people and they help you to know yourself. It is a big family full of many people committed to making sure that you don’t pass through the university, but rather that it passes through you. Thank you for teaching me to look beyond the surface, to listen actively and to always share love with each person we meet along the way. Thank you for pushing me to question about life and my meaning, thank you for making me understand that life is a great gift that I am fortunate to live in this great family.
I have been a professor at UFV for more than 10 years, and I have seen the university grow at the same time that the university has seen me grow. The atmosphere is clearly differentiating, and the UFV seal is a reality that all students appreciate during and after their studies. In general, there is a unified opinion about the closeness and close relationship between students, professors and different employees of the university. Perhaps the best thing I can say about my time at UFV is that without a doubt, I would be delighted to have my children study here when they are old enough to study at UFV.
