For new students, the receipt will be issued approximately one week after enrolment. For all students who have an active file in June for the following academic year, a receipt will be issued to the bank on 7 July, as indicated in the Administrative Regulations.

By the LOPD, only the student is entitled to make such a change, you can find the SEPA order in your student portal. Once the new SEPA Order has been completed, it must be uploaded again and signed in the Student Portal or handed in at the Cashier’s Office.

In general, students must formalise their enrolment before July 31st. New students who do not have legal access or official admission by the UFV on that date should consult the Information and Admissions Department for their enrolment deadlines on 913510303.

Regarding the amount to be paid for the new course, the system recalculates it from the moment the new fees are applied, and if you have a negative enrolment, you should contact the Income Management Department to request a refund. This amount can be refunded until June 30th.

Each year, the renewal of the aid obtained (all aid and discounts) must be applied for by the stipulated deadline.

You will receive a 2.5% discount on the monthly fees, which will be applied automatically. The full course fee receipt will be issued on 20 September.

The university has only 2 payment methods and always by direct debit:

Single payment with the aforementioned discount

Payment in 10 monthly instalments, without any surcharge.

This is due to the handling charges for non-payment.

The grants are calculated on the total amount of the course minus the initial payment and the Matrículas de Honor Tuition Fees.
