The Intermunicipal School Debate Tournament is a training project, totally free for schools, with the aim of developing the skills and competences of rhetoric, dialectics and oratory of secondary school students. In addition, this project offers a comprehensive, theoretical and practical training to trainers and judges, both face-to-face and virtual.
The registration period is open from October 17 until November 10. Only one team per center will be accepted until full capacity is reached and on a first-come, first-served basis.

MORE THAN 1500 STUDENTS HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE TIDE

Throughout its ten previous editions, the TIDE has received more than 1,500 students participating in its classrooms and another 450 people between judges and staff. Nearly 1,500 people have been involved in this project, of which the city councils are a fundamental part. Since its first edition, nearly 265 public, private and charter schools have participated in this tournament. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the enormous effort of their teachers, a key element in supporting and motivating the students.
