TRAINING COURSES

The Training Department is an area integrated in the Vice-Rector’s Office for Faculty and Training Model. Its mission is to respond to the permanent training needs of all the members of the University Community, that is, teachers and administrative and service staff.

The continuous updating of the teaching staff and the administrative and service staff is essential for the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria to offer an excellent service and training, adequate to the needs of our students and their families and of all those who come into contact with our institution.

The Training Department responds to this need for constant, demanding and in-depth training, mainly through the training actions included in the Annual Training Plan and through the actions that meet specific needs and that are materialized in a Tailor-made Training for the degrees or departments that request it

The Annual Training Plan, mainly aimed at professors, offers training actions aimed at strengthening or improving different competencies and dimensions of the excellent university professor, through the following itineraries: integration, humanistic training, teaching development and research development.
The Annual Training Plan, mainly aimed at Administrative and Support Staff, offers training actions aimed at developing their professional competencies and improving their personal communication and relationship skills in the university community of which they are a part

The training offered, whether technical, pedagogical, technological, theoretical or practical, substantive or instrumental, is always conceived as a service to the UFV Mission. It seeks to contribute to the development of excellent professionals capable of contributing their talents to a University centered on the person, a reference in sciences and professions centered on the person.
