BIP - “TRANSNATIONAL LITIGATION (MOOT)” (FEBRUARY - APRIL 2024)

The Vice-Chancellor’s Office for Internationalization of the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (UFV) and the University Degree in Law of the Faculty of Law, Business and Government, will participate in the Blended Intensive Program (BIP) “Transnational Litigation (MOOT)” which will be coordinated by the Università Europea di Roma (Rome, Italy). The classroom training will take place at Università Europea di Roma (Rome, Italy) from 1 to 5 April 2024, so UFV students will have to travel and will carry out a short Erasmus residency.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

ANNEX I ACADEMIC PROGRAM

The requirements for participation are:

  1. To be enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of the University Degree in Law or the University Dual Degrees in Law + International Relations, Law + Business Administration and Management or Law + Criminology, at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in the academic year 2023/2024.
  2. Have the nationality of one of the countries participating in the Erasmus program or be recognized by the country where he/she resides as a refugee, stateless person or permanent resident.
  3. Demonstrate knowledge of level B2 of the Common European Framework (CEFR) of English
