Responding to the managers’ desire (as shown in the diagnosis) to work in a more cooperative and coordinated manner, it has been deemed necessary to create a tool that would allow the plan presented here to be made more dynamic while creating a circular community culture in the markets. This tool is a digital platform for the creation of a circular culture, aiming to disseminate the plan, enable the training of agents, monitor the implementation of good practices and allow the self-diagnosis of each of the agents, and therefore, the monitoring of the implementation of the plan.

The platform allows the collaboration of more than 2,000 traders and managers in a digital space that facilitates reducing the time of the evaluation processes, communicating any updates regarding regulations and sustainable and circular strategies, accessing both written and audiovisual training materials and improving communication between all the agents involved
