PROPERTY LAW IN A NEW REAL ESTATE SCENARIO: CHALLENGES AND PROBLEMS
The Ibero-American Congress of Real Estate Law, promoted by the Chair of Real Estate Law, reaches its sixth edition this year, and aims to be the appropriate international forum to discuss and debate the most current issues, the new challenges, which are facing the right of private property on real estate, and in general all real estate law. Property law is undergoing a transformation in terms of its content, limits and vicissitudes that may result in a new configuration of the same, due to the new scenario or context in which it is being immersed, as a result of two essential issues: the necessary boost to access to housing as a sustainability objective that may influence its confines, and the digitalization in the dominical processes.
