IMPORTANT:
in this call for applications there will be NO language tests from UFV. Therefore, those students who are interested in destinations with a language requirement not previously accredited, should send the language certificate to outgoing@ufv.es from February 15 and before 12:00 noon on February 22. Other valid certificates:
- Language level tests organized by the Vice-Rectorate for Internationalization within the Mobility Call for the current academic year 2020/21, i.e. those that students took in December 2019. Such students will have to expressly indicate in their application that they want their result in these language tests to be taken into account.
- Certificates of German, French, Italian or Portuguese level tests that are signed and stamped by a language school or official organization that provides courses and which indicate the level obtained by the student according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
- English level tests organized by the UFV Language Center during the 2019/20 and 2020/21 academic years as part of its Modern/Advanced Language course.
Award criteria: the award criteria will be the same as those indicated in the Terms and conditions of the Original Call for Applications: the final score is the result of the following calculation: 70% of the average grade of the academic transcript at the closing date of the call, i.e., December 2, 2020 (maximum possible score: 7 points) + Accreditation of language levels according to the scale included in the Call for applications (maximum possible score: 2.5 points) + New applicants (0.5 points to those applicants who have not previously participated in an international mobility program for undergraduate studies).
The awarding of vacancies will take place on February 25, 2021 and will be in person. This extraordinary awarding will be subject to variations in its organization due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the events planned in face-to-face format may be carried out by telephone or telematically through Teams. The student will then have to choose the host institution from among those proposed and will have 24 hours to submit the signed acceptance form. As in the previous award, a ranking will be made according to the criteria of academic record and language level. This ranking will determine the order of appointment in this session. Any doubts or comments may be sent to outgoing@ufv.es
