“Leaders of Character”
Wednesday, November 20, the School of Education and Psychology at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria hosted an inspiring event as part of the Leaders of Character program, an initiative designed to promote leadership development based on character and virtues.
On this occasion, the session was led by Dr. Corey Crossan, professor and researcher at the Oxford Character Project and co-founder of Virtuosity Character, a platform dedicated to developing virtuous leadership.
During her presentation, Crossan emphasized that virtues cannot be cultivated in isolation; they need to be interconnected to form a strong character. She explained how these qualities are essential for effective leadership and how their consistent practice helps develop character and, consequently, great leaders.
The program’s series of sessions continues to explore different virtues, providing students with both practical and theoretical tools to help them shape their character and education.
