ACE visits our Centre
On 7th and 8th October, we were delighted to welcome the representatives of the Association for Character Education (ACE) to our university: Gary Lewis, Chris Clyne, and Lyndsey Bolton. Additionally, during the conferences, we were joined by María del Pilar Ponce Velasco, President of the School Council of the Community of Madrid, and our Director, Verónica Fernández.
Over 160 teachers and students attended this event.
In the pictures, we share with you some memorable moments: from the lunch with the President of the School Council and her team, a photo of the Ambassadors of Character from Highlands El Encinar School, to Gary Lewis’ visit to two centres at Francisco de Vitoria University that are in the process of becoming accredited as ‘Organisations of Character’: the Educational Guidance Office (GOE) and the Colegio Mayor Francisco de Vitoria.
These were productive and intense days, where we had the opportunity to learn from the experience and passion of these three experts and to explore new paths of collaboration.
