IMPORTANT DATES
- Abstract submission: January 1, 2023, to February 10, 2023.
- Acceptance of abstracts: will be communicated to the lead author before February 20, 2023. Registration period for the congress:1. Registration: from November 15 to February 20, 2023.
Important: Accepted oral communications or posters whose main authors have not registered for the congress as of February 20, 2023, will be removed from the program.
* In the case of early registration as speakers, if the communication is not accepted, the registration fee will be refunded to those who do not wish to attend the congress as attendees.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES
The congress has two modalities of participation: Oral Communication or Poster.
And four categories of participation
- Final Degree Project.
- Master’s Thesis or Specialty.
- Dissertation
- Research in Comprehensive Care and Clinical Nursing
In the first three categories you can submit your abstract if you have finished in the last 5 years.
In the latter category, your research must be ongoing or completed within the last 5 years.
Abstracts may be submitted in Spanish or English
It is advisable to carefully read all the regulations for sending abstracts, since it is mandatory for the abstract to be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
The deadline for submission of abstracts begins on November 15, 2022, and ends on February 20, 2023.
The steps to follow to submit a summary are as follows:

Prepare your summary in Word document using one of the templates that we attach, according to the summary you present.

The file must be saved in Word format and must be named with the ID of the main author with letters
Complete the completed registration form and attach your work in Word format and duly appointed. This can be found in the registration section.
Only abstracts that have been submitted using the template provided and comply with the regulations will be evaluated.
EVALUATION CRITERIA FOR ABSTRACTS OF WORKS
The evaluation process will be peer based on the following criteria:
- Title: coherence with the content of the work.
- Summary structure criteria.
- Content criteria: Internal coherence between objectives, methodology, discussion, results, and conclusions.
- Originality and scientific value of the work.
BEST WORK AWARD
After the evaluation of the Scientific Committee by peers in the closing ceremony of the congress, four prizes will be awarded, one per category:
- Final Degree Project.
- Master’s Thesis or Specialty
- Dissertation.
- Research in Comprehensive Care and Clinical Nursing.
SPEAKERS AND ATTENDEES:
Registration: November 15 to February 20, 2023.
- Streaming: 50 euros.
- In person: 80 euros.
- Face-to-face with dinner: 110 euros.
UFV ALUMNI or worker in a center agreed with the degree of Nursing of the UFV.
- Streaming: 40 euros.
- In person: 60 euros.
- In person with dinner: 100 euros
In the case of pre-registering as speakers, if the communication is not accepted, the registration fee will be refunded to those who do not wish to attend the congress as attendees.
IMPORTANT: it is reported that, if the participant finally does not attend the Congress, he will not be able to request the refund of the fee.
*The congress will take place in the afternoon of March 2 and the full day of March 3, 2023. The congress contemplates two attendance scenarios so that attendees can attend the same face-to-face or streaming as appropriate.
