Somos una sociedad formada por alumnos de la universidad, que comparten la curiosidad y el interés por descubrir y entender el gran continente asiático. Aunque inicialmente estuvo formada exclusivamente por alumnos del grado en Relaciones Internacionales, actualmente somos multidisciplinares y aceptamos a nuevos miembros de todos los grados.

Apoyamos el entendimiento de todo el continente asiático, indispensable para las relaciones internacionales, pero debido a la relevancia que ha tomado en los últimos años tanto cultural como artísticamente, realizamos actividades que abarquen todas las posibilidades que se nos puedan ofrecer.  Esta sociedad promueve el diálogo y comunicación intercultural entre el alumnado, enriqueciendo sus competencias para la interacción con sociedades muy distintas entre sí.

We are a society of university students who share curiosity and interest in discovering and understanding the Asian continent. We were initially formed, exclusively, by students of the Degree in International Relations, but we are glad to say that this issue has change, and now we are a multidisciplinary society, that welcome new students from any degree program.

We believe that mutual understanding is indispensable part of international relations. Given the growing importance of the entire Asian continent, both culturally and artistically, we engage in a series of activities offering possibilities for greater knowledge and understanding. The Asian Studies Society promotes intercultural dialogue and communication among students to enrich their knowledge and develop their skills while fostering interaction between societies.
